RATES
Winter:
$75 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, $250 per week,
and $750 per month.
Now - April 29, 2010
Summer:
$100 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, $350 per
week, and $1,000 per month.
April 30 - Oct 29, 2010
Additional $60 ($100 with pet) cleaning fee.
