Winter: Now through April 29, 2010
$75 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, $250 per week, and $750 per month
Summer: April 30 through October 29, 2010
$100 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, $350 per week, and $1,000
per month
Additional $60 ($100 with pet) cleaning fee.
$200 deposit ($350-400 with pet, depending on size of pet)
required to secure reservation. Deposit refundable pending inspection
of house upon checkout.
